One of our Key Clients is looking for a Business Continuity Manager, local to the Dallas area. Our client is allowing remote, with occasional onsite as needed. This position has a contract to hire options at salary conversion Salary 80K - 100KThe Business Continuity Manager will lead a team of Business Continuity Specialists and collaborate with IT Directorate SME's and teams to develop and implement Business Continuity/ Crisis communication management plans to anticipate, address and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions. Primarily focusing on how it affects IT systems.

- 4 years of BCM experience, Disaster Recovery plan - development, implementation, policies, and processes
- Deep understanding of Disaster Recovery from a technical and business perspective
- Develop, maintain and test the IT Business continuity plan.
- Collaborate with the BCM Team to develop effective working relationships and document BCM plans.
- Support all business plan activities that enable IT to manage a crisis event.
- Collaborate with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations.
- Collaborate with the BCM team on annual risk assessment with a focus on IT.
- Ensure the appropriate data is collected and maintained to map business functions to IT assets.
- Ensure accurate documentation of system resilience and redundancy is maintained.
- Collaborate with the BCM team in annual business impact analysis exercises.
- Design and facilitate tests and exercises on the business plans and crisis management execution.
- Lead and execute facilitation of the IT plan and support plan navigation for the business at the time of an event.
- Provide visibility and reporting to executive leadership on the critical functions, individuals, and infrastructure within the business plans.
