job descriptionCall CenterHey there,Thank you so much for your interest in our work from home Customer Service Representative position.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Work-From-HomeDue to COVID-19 this role will be a work-from-home position as it is not recommended to gather together in the office.Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST (Training is 8am-5pm EST for 2 weeks. You will receive your schedule at the end of training, and it will be a standard 8 hour shift that falls between 8am-8pm EST. Open availability during the hours of operation is required.)Pay: $12.50/hr during 2 week training period, $13.50 once live on the phonesDuration: This is a long term, temp-to-hire opportunityResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Representatives will be working with EMT companies and be on calls to schedule appointments for patient transportation via ambulance for non-emergency calls. CSRs will need exceptional Customer Service skills and practice empathy during what may be a very difficult time for those on the calls. Training is set for 2 weeks. Talent will need to be available the week prior to starting for a Randstad and Conduit Global orientation as well as setting up their access. This time is paid up to 4 hours. The call volume is anticipated to be high. Scripts, call flows, resources, and support teams will be provided.Skills
