Overview
We are looking for a Campaign Manager, Large Accounts and Industries to join the Netskope Growth Marketing team to help develop content, drive audience engagement, and create pipeline growth globally across industries and the large account account segment.
The person in this role works collaboratively with sales leadership, business development, the alliances organization, field marketing, and other marketing teams to strategically design enterprise marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, creative ideas, and a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit.
Job responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for technical practitioners and business leaders across the large account segment and / or within key industries.
Assemble the core messaging and content to orchestrate digital programs, field marketing, sales engagements, and channel marketing to drive awareness, demand generation and arm the sales team.
Identify messaging and content needs and work with internal stakeholders and agencies to product content and assets that articulate Netskope’s platform capabilities, differentiating value, and key benefits for 1-2 priority verticals
Analyze customer and market requirements and trends, to deliver high-impact sales tools, e.g. sales plays, sales presentations, battlecards, cheat sheets, ROI tools, etc.
Evaluate and optimize iteratively based on business priorities and customer behavior and needs.
Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
Travel approx. 15%
Experience
7+ years of related experience
Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Experience with cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity market.
Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to think about the big picture but still roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Passion for building new ways of doing things and not phased by ambiguity
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain agility to adjust with market demands.
Take charge attitude and an ability to drive cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with or within the Public Sector.
Salesforce and Marketo experience
Gsuite experience
Asana, Knak, Splash, and Unbounce experience a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or communications-related field, or equivalent work experience.
