These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.Commercial Banking Reference Data (CBRD) provides reference data expertise and consultation services to our partners both up and down stream, while prioritizing and actively documenting, managing, and governing reference data sets to mitigate risks. Key team capabilities include relationship management, data governance and oversight, reference data management and workflow management.Commercial Banking Reference Data - Data Management Consultant 3 will act as a key consultant and analyst supporting and maintaining Commercial Banking reference data sets which help drive and support Commercial Banking’s need for accurate, consistent data used in actionable analytics and business operations, while mitigating risks to the organization. The individual in this role will work closely with various business and technology groups and systems/applications throughout Commercial Banking to ensure reference dataset quality and accuracy is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. A strong background in Commercial Banking and Commercial Lending data is preferred.Overall responsibilities will include interacting with business partners to implement, maintain, and/or improve current master and reference datasets and processes used to provide accurate and timely data. This will also include analysis for reference data quality and impact assessments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Works with stakeholders to define analysis, insights and data quality strategies, and translates them into specific data/technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects

Leads analysis on highly complex multi domain remediation efforts involving analysis of reference datasets

Oversees execution of initiatives pertaining to data quality, metadata and/or data governance.

Develops and maintains necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Serves as point of contact on high priority issues.

Drives solution design and execution of multipronged remediation efforts that span across platforms, subject areas, and lines of business to address data needs.

Establishes and maintains communication protocols with senior stakeholders and business partners.

Ensures adherence to a data integrity governance framework

Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies

Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis demonstrated through work or military experience

5+ years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools

Desired QualificationsCommercial lending experience

Commercial banking experience

Financial services experience

3+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts

Metadata management and data integrity skills

Knowledge and understanding of data governance challenges and approaches: metadata, data quality, and data stewardship

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Knowledge and understanding of state, federal, and agency legal and regulatory compliance requirements

Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
