- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system,
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Sales, Service and Field Service or similar CRM system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills
- Perform all administrative functions for CRM system including adding/removing users, changing security, monitoring data feeds, updating data values, adjusting workflows, creating new reports/dashboards, etc.
- Manage system support to identify, provide technical expertise, track, and resolve system issues with users, technical resources, and vendors. Provide end-user support by troubleshooting data and system issues.
