Receive and send written business correspondence

Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Organize and route incoming telephone calls

Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Strong customer service and office administrative skills

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Proven computer skills

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Proven knowledge of Computer Databases

Earlier work involving Inbound Telephone Calls

Comprehensive knowledge of case management

Practical knowledge of Spanish Translation

General familiarity with Spanish Language

Superior Customer Service experience

Foundational knowledge in Employment-Based Immigration

Good understanding of Phone Etiquette

Well-founded grasp of bilingual marketing

Spreadsheets experience highly desired

Wide ranging experience with Direct Phone Calls

Knowledge of customer service

Quality experience with University Degree

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
