Title: Data Analyst II Duration: 5+ months Details: 100% Remote (CST work schedule) Location: Dallas, TX Top Skills Needed: Customer Service, Data Analysis, and Tableau experience Job Summary: The Go-To-Market Technology team is a high-performance team tasked with supporting Sales and Sales Strategy globally in driving the business forward. Client is looking for an analytical technologist to support this team in its annual business planning process. This role will be primarily focused on providing first level support for Sales Strategy during the fiscal planning cycle, offering advice and guidance, or initiating escalations as required. The team develops cutting edge tools to find new and innovative ways to solve complex go to market challenges. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment and has experience using both SQL and Tableau in a corporate setting. Responsibilities: Engage with Sales Strategy teams to provide support on our technologies, troubleshoot data issues, or escalate to other members of the team, as appropriate. Manage large volumes of complex data with accuracy and understanding. Challenge current processes and develop solutions to gain efficiency in managing data analysis at scale. Provide analytical support to the rest of the GTM Technology team and its stakeholders. Schedule: Working as part of a global team there will be short periods in the assignment which will require the candidate to be flexible with their working hours to adapt to global business requirements. Technology Skills/Experience Sought: Required: Proven advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake a bonus). Required: Advanced in Excel or Google Sheets. Desired: Intermediate Tableau dashboarding (Connector, Flow a bonus). Desired: Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud (reporting, dashboards) Competencies Previous experience (2+ years) working in a highly analytical role (e.g. DBA, business analyst, FP&A), ideally for a SaaS company. Fluency in English is required as this will be a global role. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem solving skills. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines.Vacancy expired!
