Organizes and maintains departmental data to ensure that computerized systems provide needed functions on a timely and accurate basis.Education/Experience:-Must have five years of office or related experience to include three years of personal computer experience with advanced data base and spreadsheet software.Equivalent Experience:-NoneCertification/Registration/Licensure:-Jail Health Only - Must have a current Heartsaver CPR course completion card within 90 days of hire and/or placement in job.Skills or Special Abilities:-Must successfully pass an Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel, as established by Workforce Planning and Recruitment, with a minimum score of 80%. -Must have experience with database maintenance, spreadsheet and word processing software, and familiar with departmental systems. -Must demonstrate aptitude for management and use of related, specialized departmental database applications. -Must have effective written and oral communication skills. -Must have the ability to convey ideas and communicate effectively and to clearly present concepts of computer technology to users. -Must be customer service oriented.Parkland Health and Hospital System prohibits discrimination based on age (40 or over), race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, disability, national origin, marital status, political belief, or veteran status.Vacancy expired!
