- Should be responsible for implementing our API First Strategy and directly assisting customers in onboarding to the API Ecosystem here at customer.
- Candidate will provide enhancement and maintenance of the APIGEE On-Prem environments, delivering new infrastructure and/or improvements
- Should share weekly On-Call and Support responsibilities for ticketing and emergency items (Crisis Desk Events) troubleshooting and remediating as required, alongside customer development teams.
- Provide maintenance and enhancement of the monitoring solutions in place to observe and alarm on APIGEE Ecosystem events
- Assist with development and enhancements to the customer Developer portal pipelines and functions.
- Skills needed: Knowledge of Apigee or other API Gateway software, Python, prefer some Javascript (Node or React), Ansible, Jenkins, New Relic, AWS skills a must.
