- Provides technical expertise to the team throughout software maintenance and lifecycle to achieve project goals to the required level of quality.
- Monitor tasks, identifying risks, and handling mitigation and escalations.
- Provides hands-on technical and functional input to design, maintenance, build, integration, and testing of complex software components according to functional and technical design specifications.
- Provides feedback and suggests solutions, including an operability perspective. Identifies areas for automation. Follows software engineering standards, applicable software development methodologies, and release processes.
- Actively participate in discussions related to products/applications/modules/team .
- Enforces quality processes (such as performing technical root cause analysis and outlining corrective action for given problems), measures them, and takes corrective actions in case of variances.
- Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, provides comments and suggestions, and works with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Proven Experience with complete ELK stack (Elastic Logstash and Kibana) including visualizations, dashboards, monitoring & Performance tuning\ troubleshooting of elastic cluster.
- Experience working in DevOps with CI/CD would be a plus point
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL technologies
- 7+ years of proven experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer
- Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
