Audit benefit parameters setup by Benefit Operations. In the audit process, the analyst compares RxClaim setup parameters to the source of truth, including checks to assure business critical details are setup properly
Analyze data, identify defects and coding inconsistencies and provide feedback as necessary
Analyst will document work performed using standards and guidelines for the Benefit Audit Team
Analyst will be a SME in multiple LOBs and assist in updating training materials as needed
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or demonstrated expertise with RxClaim Benefit Auditing
1+ years of work experience using Microsoft Excel in filtering, sorting and analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
2+ years previous Benefit Audit RxClaim experience or demonstrated Subject Matter Expert in multiple Benefit Audit areas
Quality Auditing experience
Government program such as Medicare, Medicaid or Medicare Advantage experience
