Position DescriptionWhat does a great Enterprise Business Consultant do?This high demand team manages Fiserv’s strategic and complex client engagements; working across all Fiserv divisions to deliver large-scale solutions that drive our large bank clients’ transformation and growth. To achieve our goals, you would be responsible for the management and oversight of two work streams – Requirements and Testing. You provide thought leadership to clients sharing Fiserv’s delivery standard methodology and tools and guidelines throughout the entire implementation lifecycle either.These complex programs are defined as multiple product implementations combined with software development, systems integration and data conversion, large-scale ERP/Data Warehouse implementations, or custom product development, typically in excess of $10M.You can look forward to:You lead sessions to elicit, analyze, validate, document, communicate and lead high-level requirements at a solution level to include systems integration and software development, while providing direction and oversight for high-level requirements management. In addition to requirements focus, you will be accountable for identifying and defining the testing scope and approach and providing overall oversight for the testing lifecycle to include defect management.You’re the kind of person who:

Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client facing role with a focus of custom software product development, systems integration, and/or software implementation services of 20+ solutions
Experience in enterprise wide business analysis
Experience with building business and system flow diagrams
Experience leading/managing the testing of large complex solutions
Broad range of banking or credit union experience with a strong knowledge of related products and services and associated operational business functions
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
3+ years of Program Management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) awareness
Six Sigma training
Fiserv product knowledge
