Stefanini is looking for a Software Engineer in Dallas, TX/Remote(W2 Only) Responsibilities:We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to design and develop distributed applications with moderate to high complexity and significant business criticality. You will provide application software development services or technical support, develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications. Key responsibilities include requirement analysis, code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. You Will: Build knowledge of the company, processes and customers Under the guidance of a Sr. technical team member, solves a range of moderately complex technical problems, analyzes possible solutions using System and team level processes Participate in design reviews and implement solutions as designed Develop solutions using defined user requirements and common application design and specifications Evaluate tests to ensure quality and appropriateness to the situation and when integration tests are used Document new systems or enhancements to existing systems Provide high-level and detailed estimates on an ongoing basis Adapt frameworks and best practices established for the project Provide inputs or feedback for best practices No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team Communicate by sharing complex information with peers and managementThis will be 100% remote at this time however the person should be open to relocate once the office will be open
