Role: Functional Resource Management Professional

Primary Skills: Business Analysis

Role Description: The

Functional Resource Management Professional must have at least 01+ years of experience. The Client is looking for someone having experience between 1-4 years with experience/knowledge of contingent labor (this can be experience in HR, recruiting, MSP, VMS, VMO, etc.) is necessary.

Responsibilities: - Help support the contingent workforce needs within the clients Assignment Select (KAS) program. - Educate business partners on appropriate CW engagement; W2 vs 1099, Staff Aug vs Subcontracting, co-employment, compliance, and risk mitigation. - Utilize Resource Management system and tools to efficiently generate analysis and reporting of key Resource Management data. - Communicate issues to RM leaders as applicable. - Work with resource management colleagues and functional leaders to manage the onboarding of contingent workers. - Become a known and reliable resource for the resource management team, and client facing professionals. - Demonstrate an energetic and collaborative attitude - Ability to work independently No formal or informal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

Qualifications: - Minimum of one year of experience in one or more business related areas including: Contingent Workforce, Human Resources, Resource Management, or general business operations. Previous experience in contingent workforce management is a huge plus - Ability to identify and troubleshoots data integration and integrity issues within the VMS - Prior VMO, MSP experience a plus - Knowledge of contingent workforce administration process - Knowledge of Resource Management systems and tools; - (Preferred) Bachelors degree from an accredited college/ university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience - Strong technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and appropriately set/manage priorities - Ability to develop working relationships with various levels of an organization - Capacity to organize and manage large quantities of data - Demonstrate critical thinking skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 01+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
