Position: Peoplesoft HCM Techno-Functional Location: Texas, Dallas Mode of hire: C2C/FTE Who are we looking for? A HCM techno-functional with minimum of 7+ years of experience. Background to the requirement:

  • Implemented Base Benefits for Leave and Savings
  • Rest all Benefits are managed by Vendors and respective deductions happens in Internal Payroll which is PeopleSoft.
  • Lot of interfaces both outbound and in-bound.
Requirement:
    • Candidate should Know Base benefits and Payroll and how they deepened on one each other.
    • Able to understand interfaces and identify Data, Configuration issues and propose short term and long term solutions.
    • Able to understand issues pertaining the design of interfaces and work with tech team to get things fixe
Technical Skills:
  • At least 4 years of working experience on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with tools 8.5x
  • Strong experience in People code
  • In depth hands-on experience
    • In Application Engine,
    • Peoplecode
    • Application Package,
    • Component interface,
    • BI-Publisher,
    • Integration Broker, and
    • AWE
    • Excellent programming experience in SQR Language
  • Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM - Core HR, ESS, MSS, Global Payroll, Absence Mgt, T&L, e-Performance, NA Payroll, & Benefits
  • Should have worked on implementation of Quarterly Tax updates, troubleshooting & debugging NA Payroll & ADP related issues
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
  • Pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements
  • Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility.
  • Should have experience of entire project lifecycle
  • Worked on Implementation, Support & Upgrade projects

  • Should be able to drill down the metrics , analyze the gaps and suggest solutions
  • Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and quality of work
  • Should be able to build tools & accelerators which is value add for the customer
Behavioral Skills:
  • Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
  • Should have very good communication.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
