About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant who will own key business management initiatives for Home Lending's Sales and Retail Transformation team. This leader will support the Head of Home Lending Sales and Retail Transformation, and broader leadership team in a Chief of Staff type role. Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of senior leadership to drive business management initiatives such as business unit reviews by synthesizing financials and key initiatives across the Home Lending Sales and Retail Transformation organization

Directly support Head of Home Lending Sales and Retail Transformation and prepare leader for executive updates including Home Lending and Consumer Lending CEOs

Build relationships and business knowledge across all leaders and teams within HL Sales and Retail Transformation organization such as Sales, Sales Support, Product, Marketing, and Customer Segments

Track and drive accountability across organization and across partners

Own business management initiatives such as location strategy, team/employee engagement, leadership routines, townhalls, and quarterly offsites. Partner closely with Home Lending business management team

Independently own deliverable development (from planning to socialization) for senior management

Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including Home Lending leadership

Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and track implementation of recommendations and plans

Responsible for proactively identifying potential risks when implementing change, along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of home lending business

Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders

Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups

Distinctive oral and written communications

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously

Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum which drive toward results and clarity in uncertain situations

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Job Expectations:

This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

New York, NY- $138,500 to 287,600 annually

Other posted locations: $120,400 to 250,000 annually
