The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in partnership with business leaders and employees to ensure a complete understanding of business needs, objectives, and workforce priorities. This role serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resources–related issues and collaborates with other HR functions to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions that support organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions.Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as : Succession Planning, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Employment and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and Training and Development.Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract, reward, and motivate the workforce.Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Interpret and apply survey and market data, employee data, labor agreements, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.Support labor forecasting, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
