Identity Access Management (IAM) Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Dallas, TX | Irvine, CA.

Job Type : Full-time

Job Description :The IAM Engineer is responsible for the hands-on implementation of identity management solutions that meet business requirements, goals, and objectives and, at the same time, encompass the full range of technologies employed by WAB servers, networks, systems, and data management processes. Provides support, development and administration of the bank’s primary identity platform.

Responsibilities:
  • DevOPs support/management for IAM – facilitate promotion of code for releases through the environments
  • Responsible for maintaining our DEVOPs tools from the IAM side – i.e. support changes when WAB DEVOps tools are updated
  • Manage Server Certs on all environments
  • Maintain/Execute runbook
  • Install IIQ Software
  • Support IIQ Databases as a liaison to the DBA team
  • App support – i.e troubleshoot issues at the application layer, e.g. restart Tomcat, restart IQService, etc.
  • Maintain app backups; coordinate restores if needed
  • Managing alerts and relation with monitoring a logging teams
  • Involved in unit testing and UAT testing if new releases
  • Manage, lead RPA needs; liaison to troubleshooting RPA issues
  • IIQ Code Review
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated
  • Facilitate new server builds
  • Facilitate app upgrades, patching, including app dependencies e.g. java/jdk
  • Manage tickets/requests related to IIQ app support
  • Manage service Accounts related to the IIQ app
  • Manage FW rules related to the IIQ app

What we are looking for:

Qualifications:
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, TFS, Octopus and Jenkins
  • 3+ years’ experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ including configuration and administration customization and implementation.
  • Advanced skills and experience coding with java, Bean shell/JavaScript, jsp/servlet and SQL
  • 3+ years’ experience with following Web Technologies: XML, SOAP, Web and application servers (Tomcat)
  • 3+ years’ experience with directories such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure
  • Experience with maintaining and enhancing a SailPoint IdentityIQ installation in a medium-to-large company including a major role in at least one version upgrade
  • Ability to use Visio to diagram solutions
  • A solid understanding of Firewall rules and networking
  • Experience setting up and installing software on the Windows platform
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem resolution
  • Self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented and possess a passion for excellence
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
