We are needing a Project Manager who has participated in a large scale implementation at a mission critical phase.
Responsibilities:- Plan and organize projects.
- Understand scope and objectives of the project.
- Assist with formulating and defining scope and objectives of the project.
- Establish project governance.
- Determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project.
- Determine staffing requirements, and allotment of available department resources to various phases of the project.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule, within budget and to expected quality and scope.
- Prepare reports for management, client and others.
- Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications.
- Coordinate project activities with activities of business unit(s).
- At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
- Comfortable communicating with the business
- Airline Maintenance/ Operations Project experience is highly preferred
