RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking an IT Support Specialist III.
Responsibilities: In this role, the IT Support Specialist III will provide L2 support for various applications Analyze and resolve technical problems raised by users Manage JIRA, Incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Unix and AWS Cloud support teams and other project stakeholders Support 24/7 on-call rotation for Analytics platforms in Production Monitor the system for errors, bugs, and potential performance enhancements and escalate as needed The IT Support Specialist III will follow up on escalated issuesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required 3-5 years of experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills Work well within a team Production background/experience is a must Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
