Kronos advanced Scheduling Detailed Job Description: At least 10+ years of IT experience in UKG/Kronos WFM Projects Must have Project Lead/Manager experience in handling implementation projects in Kronos/UKG area As a SME, able to provide functional solutions to business problems in WFM area and provide POV/demonstrations to client Able to lead team of onshore/offshore members and take full ownership of project deliverables and timelines Knowledge/Experience in UKG Dimensions is preferred Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective Excellent communication presentation verbal and written communication skills.
