Job Description

Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services.Asa Lead Water Resources Engineer for theWater Resources team, you will serve as the lead project manager, managing key client accounts for the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages key client accounts within the team by leading the project execution plan, serves as main point for key clients, and ensures a strong project team.
  • Supports senior professional roles within a team to provide direction in organizing technical resources for key projects; uses resources effectively.
  • May support marketing and business development efforts for key clients for the team.
  • May supervise/direct professionals and technical staff in the design approach to meet project execution plans.
  • Leads efforts, in conjunction with team leader, to secure repeat client work by focusing on exceptional client service.
  • Leads efforts for the team in project management transitions.
  • Promotes efficiencies in producing quality work.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Fort Worth, TX or North Dallas, TX office location.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • MInimum of 8 yearsof experience, previous engineering consulting experience is helpful.
  • Four years of experience serving as a project manager.
  • PE required.
  • AutoCAD, Microstation, GIS/ArcMap or other related software experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
