Must have hands-on experience of working with Linux or Unix operating systems; Linux system installation, configuration, and maintenance experience is a big plus.- Must have hands-on experience working as a support or development engineer for a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider or hosting service.- Must have experience of upgrading, troubleshooting and enhancing OCP environment in Private / Hybrid cloud models.- Must have experience of working in cloud environments such as IBM, AWS, Azure, and/or Google.- Excellent understanding of technologies like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform cloud management.- Solid troubleshooting skills and passion for problem-solving and investigation.- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, third-party vendors, and IBM associates.- Candidates with relevant Red Hat Certification, experience of working in Agile environment will be preferred.- The candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
