For more information, visit www.jacobs.com.Jacobs Engineering is looking for a highly experienced Manager, Financial Planning to assume a key role in the Company’s Corporate Organization.Responsibilities

Prepare reports and analysis of company operations and key performance indicators

Facilitate the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes ensuring accurate, timely and efficient execution

Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance. Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly

Develop and deliver effective and timely business analysis

Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for cost savings

Provide ad-hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial business environment.

Previous experience with a large ERP system, preferably Oracle.

Previous experience with Hyperion Financial Management.

Ability to demonstrate well-rounded technical financial skills, balance with sound business judgement.

Ability to demonstrate outstanding Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Ideal candidate will also possess the following attributes:

MBA degree

CPA or CFA

Ability to demonstrate strong and proven analytical and problem solving skills; must be able to proactively engage financial data to make recommendations.

Excellent oral & written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external auditors.

Able to demonstrate ability to analyze, problem solve, and think strategically.

Ability to work cross functionally and build strong relationships through the organization.

Ability to work in a fast, dynamic environment and prioritize competing priorities.
