We help position our partners to consistently beat their competition and to grow their business.Job Duty· Partner with the Director of Marketing on digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization, including case studies, and content marketing. Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns based on historical performance and industry benchmarks.· Develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments, including: email, banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and website development for both the Company and Clients.· Collaborate on all marketing campaigns including strategy, content, execution, and analysis. Manage and report on marketing metrics and KPIs.· Demonstrate strong conceptual ability and create outstanding written content that meets the creative briefs for mediums including but not limited to: social media, digital, printed collateral, website content etc.· Drive development and consistent implementation of marketing processes to ensure consistency in brand visuals with brand guidelines.· Coordinate with sales and client team to create bundled synergistic selling tools for segmentation purposes, culinary created menu concepts and promotional operator-facing materials.· Demonstrate a high level of creativity and initiative, as well as the ability to understand research and use data-driven insights to write targeted and compelling copy.· Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management and Client partners and provides guidance for program optimization.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports

Minimum QualificationsEducation Level: (Required): Bachelor's DegreeField of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing3-5 Years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, Foodservice (Preferred)Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesExcellent Written & Verbal Communication SkillsStrong Priortizing SkillsAbility to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals StrategicallyAbility to Work Independently & Prioritize with minimal supervision, in order to Meet DeadlinesTeam Building SkillsExperience with Wordpress and social media admin accounts.Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) required.3 or more years relevant business experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.Experience implementing Digital Marketing strategies in B2B sales environment strongly preferred.Environmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
