Job Title: Marketing Performance & Insights Manager Hybrid from Dallas (3 days/week from Office) Location: 5400 LBJ Freeway Ste 500, Dallas, Texas 75240 Type: 12+ months contract Job Description: The Marketing Performance and Insights team provides client's Marketing and Loyalty organization with the vital tools and frameworks to advance individual brand's business goals and the portfolio, empowering them with media and marketing insights along the journey. Candidates will partner with various teams to build outstanding marketing campaigns and media measurement frameworks! Candidates will support the Sr. Manager of Marketing Performance and Insights and key partners across the Enterprise and Global Brand marketing teams for client's B2B and brand initiatives. This includes helping to synthesize behavioral data, digital, video, and offline data sources into relevant reports to enhance business performance. The focus will be the development of campaign measurement plans and learning agendas, performance readouts and optimization, and exploration of measurement partners and measurement strategies in the evolving media landscape. This position will challenge your ability to think analytically, handle complexity, and apply marketing strategy to address business challenges and drive success. Candidate will be doing:

The Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights will be responsible for the following: Own, in partnership with internal team members and agencies, the creation of measurable objectives, learning agendas, and measurement frameworks for B2B initiatives and select brand campaigns Support Sr. Manager on the exploration of partners and strategies with evolving Media ecosystem Collaborate with agency stakeholders, internal Analytics team, etc. Responsible for analysis and synthesis, storytelling and socialization of ongoing campaign performance metrics to advise marketing strategy Client is looking for: Client believes success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Experience in facets of media including digital media planning, cable and broadcast TV, audio, connected TV, digital and other non-traditional media Outstanding collaboration skills and ability to work with and effectively communicate to a dynamic audience Self-starter with a work demeanor that exhibits flexibility, drive, good judgment, and dependability Dynamic problem solver who can resolve issues efficiently and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity

To fulfill this role successfully, candidates should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: Five (5) years of marketing experience with prior campaign management experience Experience with Brand and/or measurement tools and partners (Nielsen, Kantar, ComScore, iSpot) In-depth understanding of the media landscape across traditional and digital touchpoints (Linear TV/OLV, Facebook, Google, Search) Experience with developing and delivering succinct presentations (verbal and written) to senior audiences Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
