- Creation, Support & Implementation for Windows 10 Imaging using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune)
- Dynamic Driver injection, Patch Management, Application Packaging & SCCM/Intune Image Management.
- End to End Project Management following the process starting with documentation (SOW) till the Product Delivery.
- Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution.
- Third Level Escalation Support to NTT Data Technical Support Teams.
- Designing & Implementing Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Customers with Server Imaging and Support.
- OEM Driver Management and Integration.
- Developed Custom images as per the client's requirement.
- 3+ years of driver management through MDT / SCCM /Intune
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Knowledge is a must.
- Should have worked on Image creation, regular Image update process for clients.
- Knowledge in Image Management using SCCM OSD and Intune
- Should have built OS Images using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (co-management)
- Hardware & Platform Independent Images using VMWare Technology.
