Type of Hire

: FTE Permanent Must Have’s:
  • Strong project, customer service, communications, andservice management skills based on experience withoutsourcing arrangements
  • Knowledge and experience of industry standards such asITIL version 3, ISO 20000-1:2011, COBIT, and CMMI —SVC at level 3 at minimum.
  • Certified ITIL service management foundation- MUST
  • Training, experience, and certification in the technicalcomponents and tools managed.
  • Strong knowledge of management of staff resources,including the ability to motivate staff and resolving issuesand conflicts.
  • Knowledge of service integration processes andprocedures in a sourcing environment, including the abilityto work with other Providers to meet the Client end-to-endservice levels.
  • Ability to manage ITSM management processes andprocedures in an outsourcing environment
  • 5 years of experience in managing service delivery forsimilar services for a similar sized organization
At minimum certified ITIL service management foundation.
  • IT technical certifications would be desired related to the in scopecomponents, tools, and services.
Good to Have:Other IT best practice certifications would be desired and an associate degree in business, technology, or related field,

but a bachelor’s degree would be preferable.
