The Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) CCB Banking Service Trainer delivers an exceptional client experience in customer training, helpdesk support and product training. Trainers require professional, technical and personal skills which translate to effective, quality client trainings.Lead and Develop CCB internal and client facing training sessions for Citi clients and internal staffing for all CCB systems. including the area of CitiDirect BE, TreasuryVision, Trade, eBAM, IDM and other Citi platforms.

A trainer is someone who possesses the following abilities and skills:

Trainers must have exceptional teaching ability; the trainer role requires the ability to transfer skills and knowledge to a diverse audience.

Trainers must have good interpersonal skills, the trainer’s ability to properly and professionally interact with others is vital to the training process. Effective training requires two-way communications between the trainers and audience.

Trainers must focus on enhancing the client experience with presentations that are well planned with content, pace cadence and timing of material for each audience member.

Trainers should be able to gauge clients understanding of content by evaluating comments, questions & their silence.

Trainers must have a commitment to learning; trainers must take exceptional strides to stay current with CCB topics. Additional study and experience with new topics are required.Responsibilities:Provide training to clients on the Citi Banking platforms

Work with Service Team, Account Managers, Implementation Managers, Client Experience Managers, Sales, Product, etc. on understanding what training needs a client requires

Provide support to individuals on the team and other internal partners

Maintain an organized calendar of training schedule

Work independently and as part of a team

Working on understanding new product topics to train clients

Work on stretch assignments and initiatives as assigned by management. Document project plans for projects and keep management apprised of progress through regular updates

Maintain communication lines with management to keep them informed and to escalate appropriately. Communicate client specific feedback which is constructive and specific in nature around the Citi platforms.

Communicate a comprehensive overview of the internal, client training meeting, articulating the meeting notes and important highlights.

Perform analysis of current and proposed training processes

Document findings and make recommendations to management

Create client facing user manuals and training guides

Travel required 10%

Qualifications:Extensive experience interacting with clients and client teams with varying levels of the organization

Superior presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills

Flexibility to handle multiple projects and juggle competing priorities

Strong knowledge of CCB/TTS products and services, with particular emphasis on channel products such as CBusOL, Gateway SI, RCD, AA, CitiDirect BE, Treasury Vision, Trade and other Citi platforms

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Ability to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and negotiate successfully with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in training or teaching

PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma Certification or demonstration of working towards is a plus

Expert knowledge of MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Education:Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2 - 5 years’ experience in relevant field of training clients in the financial/ corporate organizations
