You have managed a Netsuite environment for over 5 years - maintaining the platform, customizing forms and building workflows. You have an excellent understanding of XXXXXXX process, from Purchase order to Invoice. You have experience with Automation to synchronize Customers, Contacts, Items and Sales with third party platforms. You have strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. What you will do Review and analyze current business processes and system configuration to identify potential improvements Evaluate and recommend scripted optimizations/improvements by feature reconfiguration or customization as well as introducing other key technologies required to support and improvethe business process centered on the NetSuite platformIntegrate and configure forms (master data and transactional)Create/maintain/update/terminate users, roles, permissions, partners, and associated accounts, ensuring proper access.Work with development team to provide technical support for the development and maintenance of existing and/or new customization in NetSuite.Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison for end users and NetSuite SupportDesign and troubleshoot workflowsDevelopment of tests, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needsSupport end user requests to run reports, saved searches, custom dashboardsMonitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track system performance Responsible for NetSuite data management, ensure the quality of account data, perform regular data audits, resolve data integrity and system security issuesGather needs from functional areas such as Finance, Operations, and Sales and convert into projectsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations, participate in on-going system training Establish strong working relationships with technical teams alongside a variety of technical resources, including offshore and remote team members.Build trusting and collaborative relationships within the cross-functional product teams that enhance strategic initiatives with internal and external partners.Assist in analysis and resolution of complex production support issues.Technical point of contact for all NetSuite issues, needs and support from the end userEnsure the Netsuite site is available and performing 24x7

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5+ years of solid NetSuite Admin, Support and Management experience with advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).Ability to setup, configure and customize advance workflows, assembly and matrix items setup, NetSuite Advance Accounting Module, Fix Asset Module, Demand planning and Forecasting and Budgeting.Hands on experience to customize workflows, deep technical understanding of native Netsuite features, performance management, and performance improvement techniques is requiredStrong understanding of NetSuite third party integration toolsNetSuite Administrator Certification preferredAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff, including senior management team. DevOps experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum and Lean).Ability to work effectively in a complex, diverse, changing environment where ambiguity and uncertainty can be common.Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Experience with Atlassian Product Set.
