As a member of the Cloud Infrastructure team, you have the opportunity to directly impact the continued success of the company.The Cloud Infrastructure Offering Manager is a highly visible position within the Infrastructure organization. The candidate is responsible for working with internal infrastructure teams to define business needs, technical requirements, and strategic roadmaps. This includes managing requirements for a rather technical set of cloud management systems and defining change requirements throughout the system lifecycle.Primary Responsibilities:Define technical requirements and assist in coordinating milestones and delivery plans
Develop system usage scenarios with technical understanding to ensure validity and effectiveness of the requirements
Understand the needs of internal operational groups and translate those needs into technical requirements
Build consensus with development and operational teams over the long-term strategy and short-term roadmap
Responsible for leading and building cross squad/functional area alignment
Experience driving cross team delivery on time and with quality
Communicate with the project management, innovation and development teams in clear and concise way
Required Technical and Professional Expertise10 - 15 years working experience in IT infrastructure management field
Demonstrated IT infrastructure or infrastructure management product management experience, supporting development teams or ownership of product sets
Demonstrated leadership experience in delivering large scale IT infrastructure projects and working with a global team
Deep understanding of software development life cycle management processes
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure security and compliance issues
Strong analytical, problem solving, and risk management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Capable of prioritizing and managing concurrent workstreams
Ability to learn and thrive in a fast pacing and demanding environment
Bachelor's degree in Compute Science/Engineering or related fields
US citizenship
Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseCloud and/or hosting industry experience is highly desired
Hands on experience leading/working with multiple Agile teams
Hands on experience leading/working on infrastructure security and compliance initiatives
MBA/Master's preferred
