Office 365 Engineer Location: Dallas, TX Full Time Our Impact:The Collaboration team is responsible for all maintenance, support, development, custom design, architecture and customer interactions in the Office 365 environment. The team is also responsible for driving the strategy around Office 365 including governance, adoption, solutioning & performing POCs on the latest O365 Products. Your Impact:As a collaborations team member as IT Generalist II, your responsibilities will include:
  • Troubleshoot and affect repairs for O365 cloud services for end users:
    • OneDrive
    • SharePoint
    • Teams
    • Exchange
  • Keep SOP s up to date and be able to provide feedback to configuration inquiries
  • Ability to run and create basic PowerShell scripts for O365
  • Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems and technologies integrated with O365 stack
  • Support on-call services in rotation
  • Plan and complete changes to technology stack per approved change management processes
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent work experience
    • 2 years relevant experience supporting O365 stack
    • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
    • Understand the integration between O365 SaaS offerings
    • Familiar with Direct, Dynamic and Group licensing
    • Familiar with Azure Active Directory and how to view user data and logs
    • Azure and MS 365 enterprise administration experience/certifications

    Preferred:
    • End user communications and interaction experience
    • Well versed in OneNote and Visio
    • Change management experience
    • Adaptable to fluid work and projects
    • Well-spoken and ability to explain complex integrations to non-technical individuals
    • Ability to learn technology On the Fly and research issues
