- Confirmation of Deliverbles
- System Purpose and Dependencies
- Migration Readiness for Application
- Planning, Team Onboarding and Preparation for Migration
- Application and Env Access setup
- Application Understanding and Rampup
- Assess, Prioritize and Fix non-comformances as per FEGO report
- Package, Build, Code Quality Assessment, Unit and Functional Attestation of Fixes
- Check-in to Source Repository and ready for next steps
- Create the Imagefile for Containerization.
- Create the K8S Deployment yaml and Package
- Build the CI Jenkins Pipeline-as-a-Code in Dev
- Checkout, Build through Package Manager, Containerize, Unit Test and Push to Image Repos
- Deploy through Harness CD Pipeline-as-a-Code
- Checkout, Create the K8S ConfigMaps & Secrets
- Deploy the Application onto K8S Clusters in Dev Cluster
- Promote to Production
- Acceptance testing in production
- Train the Operation staff on the changes and sign-off
