- Minimum 7+ Yrs. relevant experience on Oracle 12c/18c/19c Database Administration
- Extensive experience with Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching.
- Manage database objects like Table space, users, Indexes, roles, privileges, profiles, DB links, synonyms.
- Experience in designing and managing databases with a strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis.
- Configuring and Administering the Oracle 12c, 18c and 19c.
- Expertise in Oracle architecture.
- Proficient in logical backup and recovery using data pump, export/import.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
- Good Experience on performance tuning (hints, execution plans).
- Expertise with writing and optimizing stored procedures and query performance.
- Shell scripting knowledge in highly recommended.
- Good understanding of DB management through OEM.
- Should have experience on Backup and Recovery Strategies planning using RMAN.
- Extensive experience on Database patching.
- Upgrade of Oracle Databases from 11g/12c to 18c/19c.
- Strong experience with Oracle functions, procedures, trigger & packages.
- Should have experience in partitioning of tables.
- Excellent Knowledge of implementation, configuration the Data Guard / RAC (Real Application Clusters) which includes Implementation, configuration, Administration and troubleshooting issues.
- Knowledge on Oracle Exadata / Goldengate is added advantage.
- Managing high severity critical incident issues and calls
- Working on Root Cause Analysis and problem tickets both pro-active and re-active.
