Onsite Offshore Coordination Required Skills HCM cloud Oracle product knowledge Modules having experience in Core HR Processes Benefits Payroll Talent Management Compensation Learning Recruiting Time and Labor Time Away From Work Responsibilities: Lead with Expertise in End-to-End HR business processes involving Core HR, Benefits Administration, Time Labor, Absences, Payroll and other modules in Oracle HCM Cloud Analyze and Test complex Integration Architecture for Inbound/Outbound File based integration, web-based integrations (SOAP), Web services and Real Time Interfaces with Internal & External Vendors involving multiple tools and techniques like HDL and HCM Extracts, Axway, JCS, Informatica/BDM, Data Power, Landing Zone, Safe Net and CFRAME Schedule jobs using Tivoli Batch Scheduler (TWS), validation and Error handling of End-to-End Integration flow to and from HCM Cloud Analyze and perform transactions on legacy data using Mainframes for Co-existence applications Build complex Analysis and Data models using BI Publisher & OTBI for Data reconciliation between HCM and other downstream systems Strong SQL skills for Data warehouse maintenance and validation Lead and conduct various phases of testing such as Smoke, System, Integration, Co-existence, Batch Schedule, Incident support, Oracle release support and Regression Defect Management and Defect Triage, Requirement coverage and traceability using Quality Center ALM v 11.0 and Rally tools Lead the Project Delivery Life Cycle Initialization, Planning, Daily Execution to Monitoring, Status Reporting, Retrospectives and closing (transition to operation) Publish Testing Status dashboard and generate daily Metrics using TSM (Testing Support Metrics) tool Create test strategy, identify test scenarios, create/review test plan, identify risks and take corrective actions, organize training review deliverables, perform automation feasibility & provide SME support to Automation team, validate test environment during Maintenance, ensuring consistent quality of the deliverables and completion of testing process WITHIN the project and client requirements. Create/update/review Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort Leverage previous project experience/learning like Retrospection Report, Lesson Learnt for better requirement analysis Involve Project/ Sprint Planning to define the sprint goals, scrum review meetings, identify the product backlogs & provide risks/issues to scrum team for quicker remediation.
