- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience.
- A minimum of 2 year of writing Splunk queries.
- Experience with App Dynamics.
- Experience with F5, GTM/LTM, network and routing.
- Good judgment and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Understanding of IIS Server, Web Sphere and/or TOMCAT.
- Knowledge of Web technologies: languages, frameworks, techniques, industry trends, etc. that includes .Net or Java.
- Pega System Administration or CSSA certification.
- 3-5 years Pega administration/development experience.
- Proven ability to use critical thinking skills in troubleshooting.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic shell scripting and Linux command line
