- The Product Customization Manager will own coordination with multiple teams inside the organization (Product, Engineering, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain) and multiple teams of our customers (Product, Engineering, Field ops) for the industrialization of Broadband CPE variants.
- PCM will ensure the accuracy of customer customization requirements (Hardware/Software) to enable the manufacturing of the desired variants with our factories.
- PCM will monitor the progress of the industrialization of these variants and manage the acceptance of golden samples with our customers within the required timelines.
- PCM will also monitor product evolutions with the factory and the Product Manager.
- Collection of requirements & collaterals from our customers (US, Canada, Europe) and redaction of Product Variant Definition files for our factories (Asia) for WiFi CPEs
- Tracking manufacturing phases of new variants all the way to golden samples sign-off with customers for commercial deployment
- Tracking manufacturing phases for product evolutions or new product introductions
- Production of internal and external progress reports
- 2+ year experience in a project management role with a specific focus around product development or manufacturing
- Previous experience in the Telecom/Broadband industry is an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage innovative technology projects across multiple teams and time zones (US, Europe, Asia)
- Professional oral & written communication in English
- Familiarity with WiFi, Internet access technologies, Software development, Hardware development, and manufacturing
- Attention to details and ability to work under strict timelines
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
