Product Manager Ops
  • Strong understanding and experience of 3 to 5 years of IT Architecture to conduct product feature, buy flow/services modules functionality and feasibility study.
  • Tools: Good understanding of tools such as Adobe, Splunk, Tealeaf, BO, Dynatrace, KDA, AppDynamics
  • Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Safe, XP, Continuous Integration.
  • Strong knowledge ok Production issues, defect management process, analysis and quantification using tools such as Splunk, Tealeaf
  • Strong Knowledge of KPI reporting, Product operations, Cx measurement metrics, Voice of Customer analysis
  • Experience with Data collection, extraction and analysis using data across tools to make decisions
  • Should be able to uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Should have ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
  • R&R:
  • Responsible for leading ideations, requirement definition with TechDev sprint teams during PI planning, product development and validation of expected results post deployment.
  • Provides readout to customer management level regarding products and plans as assigned
  • Distill a large quantity of information into clear, concise, and prioritized requirements
  • Produce High level Business Case and Supporting Documentation of eCommerce Project
  • Analyze data from Customer survey, click stream data and web Analytics to generate enhancement and improvement concepts
  • Product Operations and reporting
  • Analysis of production issues impacting KPI
  • KPI / Metrics ownership
  • Root cause analysis across account management
  • Weekly Reports and Analysis of challenges impacting Roadmap
