Serves as a resource to the project designer and project manager as the design is developed. The role includes serving as the lead technical architect on small to medium sized projects and assisting the Sr. Project Architect on large projects.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:RA

#LI-KJWhat You'll NeedEssential Responsibilities:Develops and presents lead technical viewpoint on projects and ensures HNTB systems are used to deliver the design in a standardized manner.

Ensures that a technical solution consistent with the program and design is properly developed and produced. Integrates quality control measures during all phases of design.

Serves as a subject matter expert on architectural projects of small to medium size and assists on larger projects.

Works closely with the project designer and manager in planning and implementing all work processes in consideration of budgets and schedules. Work includes preparing work plans, estimating hours to complete tasks, developing project reports, managing consultant team members (including coordination and incorporation of all work products) and reviewing invoices.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture

5 years related experience

Revit skills
