Workforce modernization includes things like a talent retention program, looking at how they can attract college talent, building out a pathway at the Bank for career trajectory and defining that pathway, and the technology infrastructure that goes along with that

Must Haves / Required Skills: PM Background, who s built out process flows within technology groups also, Agile/Scrum/Jira background.
