Role: Project Manager – Workplace Computing & Scrum Delivery

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong domain expertise in Workplace Computing (WPC) and hands-on experience in Scrum delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology initiatives focused on end-user computing, device management, collaboration tools, and IT support enhancements. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, agile delivery leadership, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:
    Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for workplace computing initiatives (e.g., device refresh, collaboration tool rollout, endpoint security upgrades, VDI implementation).
    Lead Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring proper ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives are in place and effective.
    Coordinate with product owners, scrum masters, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and track project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
    Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation and communication strategies.
    Ensure alignment with IT strategy, architecture, compliance, and governance standards.
    Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Qualifications:
    5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 2–3 years in Workplace Computing or End-User Technology domains.
    Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum-based delivery (certified Scrum Master is a plus).
    Strong knowledge of workplace computing technologies: Windows/Mac OS, M365, SCCM/Intune, VDI, device lifecycle management, collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom), etc.
    Experience working in enterprise IT environments with cross-functional teams and vendors.
    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
    PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
