- Full life cycle recruiting: partnering with hiring managers, carrying requisitions (from start to finish), sourcing for prospects, supporting candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptance.
- In this role you will work with the internal recruitment team to source and recruit for a variety of roles such as Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Required Qualifications :
- Three or more years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings.
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs.com
- A history of recruiting for roles in the engineering space: Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing, or Industrial.
- Experience working with an internal ATS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Highly response and detail oriented with a self starter attitude.
- Dedication and commitment to operational disciplines.
- Must have previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where it is required to communicate with both internal and external executives (verbal and written).
- Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive level stakeholders.
