Function:

The Sales Coordinator is a client facing position and will be responsible for assisting the Sales department in delivering technology staffing services, along with helping us build and develop opportunities in the assigned account. This is an entry level position for somebody with aspirations to sell in the technology services space. Our clients are leading Fortune 1000 companies with a focus in Consulting, Healthcare, Technology, Telecommunications, Financial and Manufacturing Verticals.

The ability to execute individual tasks while maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude, are critical components to this role. This position demands strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills; as well as, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Consultant Interview Walk-In s

- Contract/compliance administration

- Ensure active consultants needs are met in a timely manner

- Schedule client and consultant meetings on behalf of the sales team

- Client Relationship Building (Lunches/Dinners/Happy Hours etc.)

- Data entry into various client portals and our internal CRM system

- Schedule alumni events with our past consultants

- Create efficiencies by establishing or enhancing process flow

- Screen candidates

- Ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:

Required:

- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Communications or Information Technology Disciplines

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer-centric, Business to Business environment

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking was required - Past experience working in an environment where significant communication was required with internal and external customers

Preferred:

- Telesales or telephonic customer service experience within software or IT

- Prior staffing industry experience

- Knowledge of IT terminology (development, infrastructure, ERP, BI-DW, SOA, CRM)
