- Manage external and internal relationships
- External - Customers and business partners (all branches of the US military, agents, system integrators, associations, etc.)
- Internal – Engineering/R&D (IP), Production (OD), After Sales Service (RS), Project Management (PMO), Marketing & Sales (CS)
- Campaigning, proposal writing, requirement steering, product demonstrations
- Participation in trade shows and expos
- Create and maintain portfolio of relevant leads
- Direct sales of the relevant product portfolio
- Ability for domestic and international travel at an expected 60 days/year
- 5+ years’ experience from sales of Surveillance Radar solutions or alternatively several years of radar experience in combination with sales of comparable sensor solutions
- Experience partnering directly with the UAS/C-UAS industry and system integrators
- Deep insight into surveillance radar technology, clear understanding of the market for surveillance radars, and the competitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in shaping requirements to ensure successful sales
- Superior in dealing with customer relationships and able to communicate in an assertive way to ensure that internal goals and customer expectations are fully met
- Experience with the Defense Department or Federal Aviation Administration
