Title- Salesforce Administrator Location- Dallas, TX Position Type- FTE Project Scope: The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is a Salesforce Administrator position responsible to provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. Is responsible for Cloud Administration, CI/CD DevOps 360, Development and Implementation for Salesforce financial services platform, supporting multiple business units with global user base and will participate in the establishment, implementation and Support of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with Salesforce Technology teams. The role is part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Engineer will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, implementation, admin support, data/Integration support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce platform Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
- Salesforce CI/CD with Copado or similar tools.
- Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
- Integration using secured API's
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Address operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
- Migration of data into Salesforce. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
- Generate a variety of reports - dashboard/analytics.
- Apex job automation
- Workflow and Process Scheduler
- Bulk Monitoring V1/V2 Support Salesforce Releases, across controlled environments using ANT, SFDX CLI, Jenkins, RLM, Auto Rabbit, Copado, Java, Python
- Work with Salesforce Support in creating and resolving Salesforce Cases
- Develop and Support Einstein Analytics.
