Description:Client is looking for a Business Technology (BT) Sr. Product Analyst (Sr BSA) to work on project-focused teams, collaborating with geographically dispersed scrum teams and business partners on critical internal initiatives for a multi-billion dollar business. These activities will support and span several domains including, but not limited to, Sales, with a focus on Incentive Compensation, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Lead to Cash processes, as well as a variety of other business and system processes. This lead role requires someone who is knowledgeable, confident, and enthusiastic about perpetually learning as well as excited about sharing their knowledge with their teams and partners. The BT Sr. Product Analyst (Sr BSA) will provide guidance throughout the life of a project from the initial phases of helping identify business requirements to developing and executing strategies to completing flawless execution to production. They translate the business needs into actionable requirements by gathering enough information to make a solution possible as well as helping drive clarity to make rational decisions. They are responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in shareable, actionable, standardized formats. This role is focused on the Incentive Compensation processes with opportunities to handle a wider, cross-functional area as a larger-scale project may require.

Responsibilities:Act as liaison between business stakeholders and Business Technology software development team(s)Drive business process design and documentation of feature assessment, requirements gathering, analyzing, and communicating stakeholder needsDocument AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows, analyze policy, systems, and stakeholder impactsBecome the functional expert for the business process and write the use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaboratively plans feature/function testing across modules for a business processCoordinates, plans, and leads UAT, End to End test execution & defect/change trackingGuide internal customers through the entire project lifecycleContribute to cross-functional and cross-technical dependency managementAnticipate and communicate blockers, conflicts, and obstaclesConnect-the-dots between business strategies and project deliverablesConsidered a subject matter expert in how the business users perform their jobs.Conducts risk assessment using methods to identify risk, probability, impact, and plans mitigation to identified risks.Manage requirements to understand the requirements change process, and traceability.Publish and evangelize proven practices for team, program, technology, and customer success across teams and disciplinesWork with the Product Owner in identifying and guiding strategic technology and functional dependencies for product roadmap developmentAttend and effectively participate in all team meetings like Stand Up, Sprint and Roadmap Planning

Technical and Functional Skills4-8 years experience, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience4+ years in the following roles: business systems analysis or product management.Experienced with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or equivalent CRM applicationsExperienced with Business Requirements planning, gathering, and documentation in the software development lifecycleExperienced and knowledgeable about general Business Processes (Sales Planning, Strategy, and Compensation with a focus on Incentive Compensation and Lead to Cash processes)Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologiesHas innate problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skillsDemonstrates deep subject matter expertise in the jobs of the business users in scope.Anticipate and communicate blockers, conflicts, and obstaclesSolid project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tasksEffective collaboration skills in order to work with colleagues in multiple locationsEffective meeting facilitation, brainstorming and consensus building skillsFacilitation skills for meeting management, and requirements workshop planningAble to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results that contribute to company objectivesStrong experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic and team-oriented work environment is a must
