Senior Business Systems Developer to join our team! The position will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, and the Sales and Marketing teams, to analyze, create, and fine-tune our sales and marketing tools based on team needs and latest technologies. Prominently, this role is responsible for integrating HubSpot and Salesforce systems to best serve both co clients and the Key Accounts, Sales, and Marketing teams. This person also with the CEO and Director of Sales to build tools to effectively measure the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as primary Salesforce developer and administrator
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce usability and capabilities for various role profiles internally
  • Build integrations with HubSpot and other data sources to increase the efficiency of the integrated environment
  • Support and improve all Salesforce integrations, including marketing automation and data synchronization
  • Manage and enhance the performance of internal data systems for optimal usability and sales enablement
  • Implement and drive reporting and tracking system capabilities, working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to meet business requirements and identify accurate success metrics
  • Stay current with emerging CRM and Salesforce.com, App technologies and solutions; implementing new tools and approaches when appropriate for the business
  • Analyze and produce quantitative and qualitative metrics data on platform activity to identify both areas optimal performance and areas of improvement
  • Ensure Salesforce and HubSpot environments comport with co IT Cybersecurity policies, initiatives, and frameworks
  • Perform quality control on all levels of work and assure it meets industry standards
  • Ad projects including data analysis and clean-up, as needed

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience with Salesforce.com required; Salesforce Administrator certification or 1+ current Salesforce.com certification preferred
  • Expert-level skill with Apex/SOQL
  • Experience working directly with business unit leads to develop technical solutions
  • Prior experience in Financial Services industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, strongly preferred
  • Prior software development and database administration experience preferred
  • Strong technological analysis skills and acumen
  • Strong knowledge of solution development methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Passion for the constant improvement and pursuit of excellence in developing our internal data systems and tool
  • Ability to be a proactive team player, who can anticipate needs, and expresses warmth, friendliness, and a “roll up your sleeves” supportive attitude
  • Ability to work well independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
