Software Engineer in Test (6-9 Years

)

Location: Merrimack, NH OR Raleigh, NC OR Dallas, TxWe are hiring highly motivated software engineer in test who can support our digital applications in multiple ways such as testing strategy, test execution, automation testing, CI / CD build out, analysis, and application development. The team focus will be on new web application and service layer buildout. The outcome of this role will elevate the efficiency and speed at which we not only delivers stable products but delivers quality to our customers.

The Purpose of Your RoleAs a senior software engineer, you will help us build the omni channel user experiences and the underlying platforms needed to support our digital presence. You’ll work on building entire features, taking these from concept to deployment, as part of our autonomous, cross functional teams. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, and continue to learn. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who work well in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-paced environment.

The Expertise We’re Looking for
  • Lead and influence a team of Software Engineers around testing best practices operating in an agile methodology
  • 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with architecting automation test platforms
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with architecting and implementing development pipelines (CI / CD)
  • Hands-on experience with creating and using Virtual / Mock assets
  • Proven highly proficient development skillset within the following: Angular, Java, JavaScript, Jenkins, uDeploy, React
  • Experience with web based and API based automation tool sets such as: Protractor, Selenium, REST Assured
  • Strong demonstrated experience in delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience preferred
  • Express.js, Flask or similar a PLUS
  • Python is nice-to-have
  • Passionate about crafting the best end-to-end customer experience
  • You are a multi-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies and test automation frameworks and solutions
