Role : Security Support Engineer (WAF). Location : Dallas, TX Duration : Fulltime Job Description: L1/L2 Exp must , WAF experience Experience level: 5 10 Years Information Security (InfoSec) Governance & Compliance team has a need for a Security Support Analyst primarily responsible for supporting security requirements across the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in doing L1 / L2 style work as a security support engineer. This is an individual contributor role. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: L1 / L2 style work Following Documented processes Working with Internal customers Supporting tools Conduct remote troubleshooting via tools provided. Record technical issues and solutions in logs. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional Help create technical documentation and manuals Engineering, implementing, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information Identifying and defining system security requirements Designing computer security architecture and developing detailed cyber security designs Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer software and technical inquiries Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution Qualifications: ImpervaWAF Venafi certificate management Symantec WSS/SEP Regards, Janarthanan Work: Ext: 307 |Dir: Themesoft Inc |Themesoft Jobs
