Freeman connects people to a universe of opportunities that create a spark, build understanding, and inspire action.SUMMARY:The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant - Sales to administers programs, processes, and projects specific to the Brand Experience Group. Tasks and projects include: sales activity, projected revenue, and projected gross margin, sales reports showing results for account P&L. This person will produce standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations at the request of the sales and/or executive management teams. This position will also assist with budgets, travel, record keeping, expense reporting, purchasing, etc as needed.E SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain sales database (Salesforce) and ERP interface used to track sales activity, project revenue and gross margin, report actual revenue and gross margin and provide various sales/financial reporting functions.

Responsible for the validating and auditing all output from the Salesforce database, analyzing actual results relative to budgeted results, and maintaining Salesforce results including pipelines, dashboards, sales forecasts against actual, close ratios, and monthly, quarterly and year-end analysis while ensuring data integrity.

IO/Job Number tracking for overall portfolio including Workfront maintenance and reporting.

Responsible for financial sales reports and performance tracking reports which are provided to sales management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Produce standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations at the request of the sales and/or executive management teams.

Provide recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes.

Interface with Finance to provide invoice development, tracking, and financial calendar.

Additional duties include:

Maintains highly confidential and highly sensitive information and files, correspondence and records.

Implements processes to maintain accurate data and information in Salesforce.com.

Prepares routine and complex correspondence, reports, and presentations using the most advanced office technology including word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.

Ensures projects are completed timely and accurately. Evaluates and reports progress to team members.

Researches, analyzes, and compiles data and figures for presentations.

Maintains department schedules, calendars, and appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.

Prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records meeting minutes.

Organizes and expedites work as required by assigned personnel.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is strongly preferred.

At least 10 years of previous experience in an administrative support capacity, working with sales management and field sales representatives

At least 5 years of analysis/reporting experience in a Sales Support environment, working with Excel and Access databases, and developing financial and sales reports on a spectrum of sales is preferable.
